  • Free delivery on orders over £100 (UK Mainland)

  • £5.95 delivery cost on orders under £50 (UK mainland)

  • Delivery within 10-14 working days from the order being placed

  • EU delivery available, please contact us for a shipping quote


  • Some large items may be delivered via pallet due to their size, weight or fragility. If an item is delivered via pallet the delivery company may leave the pallet with you to dispose of accordingly. Please ensure dimensions are checked and will fit the space they are meant for. 


  • Although most products are in stock, some items maybe on back orders with our suppliers/manufacturers which can lead to shipping delays. 

  • Delays in this instance will be communicated within 48 hours (Mon-Fri). If more information is required regarding anticipated delivery timelines, please contact us before placing your order and we will happily to advise.

*Please be aware. For larger and/or heavier goods, customer assistance may be required to help with the unloading of these items. Couriers are completely restricted to delivering items to the ground floor only.


  • If you wish to return any part of your order you may do so, this can be arranged yourself via tracked delivery or we can assist you with this.

  • Returns can be made within 7 days of receiving your item as long as the item is as new and the original packaging.

  • Some items which are delivered by our trusted suppliers will not be able to be returned/refunded unless damaged or faulty. You can find a list of items delivered by our suppliers via the description of each item. 

  • Any associated costs of return will be covered by the customer.

  • Returns arranged by the customer are under their responsibility to ensure appropriate tracking and safe delivery to our warehouse.
